Prime for an Inclusive and Developmental Organization (PIDO) is a **non-religious, non-profit-making, and national non-governmental organization** committed to fostering inclusion, empowerment, and development in Ethiopia.
PIDO was officially registered and accorded legal personality on **October 10, 2024**, under registration number 7475, in compliance with the Civil Society Proclamation No. 1113/2019. As a local organization, PIDO works to address the multifaceted challenges faced by marginalized and vulnerable populations by implementing sustainable and inclusive programs.
The organization focuses on creating equitable access to services and opportunities across key thematic areas, including health, nutrition, WASH, livelihood, education, peacebuilding, protection, and the localization of aid.
ፕራይም ፎር አን ኢንክሉሲቭ ኤንድ ዴቨሎፕመንታል ኦርጋናይዜሽን (ፒዶ) በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ መደመርን፣ ማብቃትንና ልማትን ለማጎልበት የተሰማራ **ሀገር አቀፍ፣ ሃይማኖት የለሽና ትርፍ የማይሻ መንግስታዊ ያልሆነ ድርጅት** ነው።
ፒዶ (PIDO) በይፋ ተመዝግቦ ህጋዊ ሰውነት ያገኘው በጥቅምት 10 ቀን 2024 ዓ.ም. ሲሆን የምዝገባ ቁጥሩም 7475 ነው። ይህም በሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅቶች አዋጅ ቁጥር 1113/2019 መሰረት ነው። ፒዶ እንደ ሀገር በቀል ድርጅት፣ ዘላቂና አሳታፊ ፕሮግራሞችን በመተግበር በማህበረሰቡ ውስጥ ያሉ የተገለሉ እና ተጋላጭ የሆኑ የህብረተሰብ ክፍሎች የሚያጋጥሟቸውን በርካታ ችግሮች ለመፍታት ይሰራል።
ድርጅቱ በትኩረት የሚሰራባቸው ቁልፍ ዘርፎች የጤና፣ የአመጋገብ፣ የውሃ፣ ንጽህናና የንፅህና አጠባበቅ (WASH)፣ የኑሮ፣ የትምህርት፣ የሰላም ግንባታ፣ የጥበቃ እንዲሁም የእርዳታን አካባቢያዊ ማድረግን ያጠቃልላል።
